Inventory
Detailed inventory incl. photo documentation by an industrial expert with subsequent purchase price indication in line with the market.
Takeover incl. handling
Targeted purchase and carefully planned takeover of machinery, plant and equipment as well as vehicle fleet. Subsequent professional dismantling/clearing/removal and, if necessary, a swept clean property for further use.
Deconstruction
If necessary, building and plant dismantling will be carried out by us in a proper and professional manner within the previously specified deadlines.
Acquisition real estate
If no further use of the property is planned, we can take over complete properties - as they stand and lie.
Project Management
Customer and project specific execution of all activities necessary for a smooth plant closure/relocation.
