In July 2024, Greenfield Industrial was commissioned to market the operating equipment of Infarm GmbH in Pfungstadt, Hesse. The cultivation systems and packaging machines as well as other equipment were successfully marketed via the company's own auction platform "Greenfield Auctions". In this context, the project team took care of the organization and supervision of the viewing and collection appointments.
The property was handed over to the owner on time and swept clean in September 2024.

About Infarm GmbH
Infarm is a pioneer in the field of urban agriculture and vertical farming technology. The company is known for its innovative growing systems that have made it possible to grow fresh herbs and vegetables directly in urban areas. This technology is revolutionizing urban agriculture and has been widely used in supermarkets, restaurants and other urban facilities.
Rising energy, material and capital costs as well as supply difficulties have meant that Infarm has had to withdraw from some markets since 2022. In this context, the Pfungstadt site in Hesse, among others, had to close.
