Project description

In the course of the insolvency proceedings Greenfield Industrial buys the mobile assets of HANKE Gesellschaft für Gießerei-Kooperation mbH. As part of the cooperation project with the industrial auction house SURPLEX, we provide support from the purchase to the broom-clean clearance of the property.

The remarketing of the machinery and other operating equipment will take place via an online auction in January/February 2023.

About HANKE Gesellschaft für Gießerei-Kooperation mbH

Founded in Berlin in 1993, the HANKE company relocated to Eberswalde in Brandenburg in 1995. In the beginning, the focus was on the production of die-cast parts for general use. Most recently, HANKE has developed into a company with vertically developed business areas in the automotive sector. The company offered its customers a and high-tech range of products and services.

HANKE has carried out numerous development and investment cooperations with 16 companies from Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Italy over the last 20 years. These cooperations have resulted in joint investment in new technical processes and the development of new technologies.

At last count, the company employed 50 people who provided top-quality products for well-known vehicle manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Renault and Toyota. The company exported 90% of its products and services and was a flagship for top German know-how.

The company's modern machinery includes CNC machining cells, melting furnaces, die casting cells, and various blasting machines.
