Hamburg-based industrial trading company Greenfield Industrial has purchased the entire mobile assets and real estate of demolition company ConCept Umweltservice Dufner GmbH following a failed investor process.

One of the reasons given by the managing director for filing for insolvency was the sometimes very tense situation caused by price increases in purchasing and considerable supply bottlenecks in the construction industry.

After the internal examination of a continuation of operations, Greenfield Industrial submitted a complete offer for the fixed assets and the pending real estate to the responsible insolvency administrator. The complete offer was able to convince all parties involved with a holistic solution.

In the coming weeks, the machines from the demolition and waste disposal as well as earthworks and civil engineering sectors will be moved within Germany and the property will be assigned to its new purpose.
